Copper Canyon Daisy

Tagetes lemmonii, commonly known as Copper Canyon Daisy or Lemmon's Marigold is a perennial shrub that grows 4-6' high and spread to about 6'. It is very drought-tolerant and suffers if soil is kept too wet, prefers full sun to part shade. It has narrow minty-pungent leaves that can deter deer. Its small golden yellow flowers attract pollinators like butterflies and bees. It can flower in late spring, but mainly blooms in late summer to early winter.
